It's mostly Tempranillo (a.k.a. Tinto Fino in the area around the Duero river), with a splash of Grenache ('Garnacha') and an even smaller amount of Albillo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are biodynamically farmed and hand-picked, fermented with wild yeasts with around 40% whole clusters.
