For the uninitiated, this is a wine which would look best with a slight chill - half an hour or so in the fridge before serving would be great.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSappy, juicy, spicy and, most importantly, easy, this is definitely for the glouglou crowd. It does have a concentration of red berries and cassis at it's core, but the acid is bright and crunchy, making it as refreshing as a red wine can be.
