2019 Muchada-Leclapart Elixir Palomino Muscat

David Leclapart, of Champagne fame, combines his biodynamic, minimal intervention expertise with Alejandro Muchada's knowledge of local grapes and terroirs to craft outstanding expressions of southern Spanish wine.

Palomino and Muscat are famous grapes of the Jerez region, growing on the blazing white, chalky Albariza soils of the estate's vineyards. Working together, the two grapes combine to provide the intense floral perfume of Muscat, with the salinity and minerality of Palomino.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for nine months in used French oak barrels, and bottled without filtration and only minimal sulphites.
