2020 Cantina Giardino T'ara ra Greco

Single vineyard Greco di Tufo white wine that borders on amber. We'll settle on textural white.

Sourced from one of the highest vineyard sites in Campania, the fruit is macerated for four days, then traditional ageing in chestnut barrels.

There's a bit of salt, a bit of smoke, some peachy yellow fruits, a lot of grippy tannin - this benefits from a large glass and a bit of time.
