Maison Louis Jadot’s meticulous approach, from hand-harvesting to careful fermentation, ensures that each bottle reflects its distinct terroir. This particular Petit Chablis is fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, helping preserve the vibrant fruitiness and freshness inherent to the fruit.

The nose is full of citrus aromas, mixed with touches of flint, minerals, and fresh herbs. More crisp pear and citrus flavours folllow on the dry palate, with lovely minerality and refreshing acidity keeping everything fresh and tidy.
