This is a seriously soft, charming red Burgundy; super-approachable, with a light cherry and herbal character, and a touch of powdery tannin.
Sourced from vineyards around the appellations of the Cote de Beaune, wild yeast fermented, and part-matured in new and old oak (French, of course).
Don't be too deceived, though - it may be gentle and light-hearted, but it's still multifaceted, with layers of complexity and length that will keep you topping up your glass.
