Thomas Collardot is one of those quietly brilliant names in Burgundy - a former mechanical engineer who returned to his family vines in Puligny and started bottling under his own label in 2015. Since then, the wines have built a quiet cult following for their precision, restraint, and crystal-clear expression of place.

The 2022 ‘Climats’ is a blend of small parcels from across the village, drawn from mature vines and farmed with care. Everything’s done by hand, with fermentation and ageing in mostly older oak - no flash, no fuss, just a focus on texture, tension and balance.

This vintage offers that classic Puligny profile: lemon zest, white flowers, crushed stone and a saline line that runs right through the palate. There’s depth, but also real clarity and lift - the kind of white Burgundy that feels alive from start to finish.
