2022 Glaetzer Bishop Shiraz

Glaetzer’s Bishop Shiraz is a true family affair, named after Ben Glaetzer’s mother, Judith Bishop, and made from some of the Barossa’s best old-vine fruit. Sourced from the Ebenezer sub-region, the vines range from 35 to 120 years old - older vines bringing depth and structure, younger ones adding freshness and energy.

The wine spends 16 months in French oak (40% new), giving it just the right amount of polish without overpowering the fruit. It’s bold and full of character, but there’s a softness to it that makes it just as enjoyable now as it will be in years to come.

This is classic Barossa Shiraz - rich, balanced, and effortlessly drinkable.
