Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed into French oak (20% new), the wine was aged on lees for 11 months, enhancing its depth and complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect aromas of grapefruit skin, citrus blossom, and hints of gun flint. The palate is bright and layered with citrus and a fine acid line, finishing long and pure.
