2022 Latta Jurassique Blanc Chardonnay

This release of the Jurassique Chardonnay is more in the mood of the Ouille wines of Jura rather than the full on flor-aged styles.

Sourced from a single vineyard site in Tarrington, the fruit gets whole bunch pressed, barrel fermented then left for 12 months in casks for elevage. It went through full malo, giving a beautiful round mouthfeel.
