No added sulphur during ferment, foot-stomped to break the cap, then left to gently find its shape in older barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"706\" class=\"\"\u003eIt’s the kind of Pinot that doesn’t jump out of the glass all dressed up - it’s more subtle, more structural, and really benefits from a decant or just taking your time with it.
