2022 Sonnen Light Dry Red

Winemaker Luke Andree's aim with all of his wines is for them to speak of Tasmania and the lands they come from. And with this splashy and fresh Pinot Noir & Shiraz Blend he's certainly done that!

The fruit comes from Kanamaluka/Tamar River & Coal River Valleys, destemmed and kept on skins for a week. Fermentation starts in stainless steel, and is pressed off to old oak barriques to finish up, all with wild yeasts.

Bottled unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulphur. A completely smashable light red, even better with a bit of chill!
