2023 Airlie Bank Gris on Skins

Tim Shand makes a great fist of the Pinot Gris grape.

Using a goodly amount of skin contact in the winemaking process, Tim elevates his Gris above the pack to be a juicy, vibrant and textural rendition of the variety.

Pinkish in colour, full of flavour. This is a delicious little wine and great value.
