2023 Das Juice Red

Das Juice is a partnership between long time friends and business partners, Tom Sheer and James Audas. The two run LO-FI Imports, a wine importing company that sources rare and unique natural wines from across the globe.

Recognising that there is a need for more affordable wines made with that same ethos (i.e. sustainably farmed and made with minimal intervention), the boys set up Das Juice to fill the gap.

This is Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the outstanding Yangarra vineyard, with little oak and destemmed fruit resulting in a soft, slurpable style. A fresh-feeling red that is begging for a chill.
