2023 Domaine Vincent Dancer Bourgogne Blanc

The fruit comes from two prime parcels: Les Magny in Meursault and Femelottes in Puligny-Montrachet, giving this wine a serious pedigree for its label. Both are organically farmed and meticulously tended, with Théo Dancer’s thoughtful, progressive touch evident from vine to bottle.

Vinified in a mix of tank and old oak, the 2023 is taut and fragrant, pulsing with citrus, green apple and a subtle whisper of flint. There’s a fine thread of acidity running through it, keeping everything bright and linear. It’s not flashy or oaky, just wonderfully composed, clean, and quietly compelling.
