2023 Eldorado Road Quasimodo Nero d'Avola Durif Shiraz

The Quasimodo has long been one of our favourite value reds at Different Drop - a blend that’s far greater than the sum of its parts.

From Paul and Lauretta Dahlenburg’s family-run Eldorado Road estate, this brings together Nero d’Avola, Durif and Shiraz from vineyards across Eldorado, Beechworth, Glenrowan and Rutherglen. Each variety plays its role: Nero lifts the aromatics, Shiraz adds spice and structure, and Durif gives depth and a touch of darkness.

It’s medium-bodied, bright and savoury, with enough fruit weight to keep it satisfying without feeling heavy. Interest and immense drinkability, this is a versatile red perfect for all occasions.
