Papaya, guava\/prickly pear, lime leaf, daikon, white pepper, a slight cheesiness too. It’s cool and juicy, fine acidity and talc-like texture, something of a lime margarita flavour, and that prickly pear thing again (don’t mind me, and ouch, they are hard to prepare. Don’t attempt anything without the gloves!). It’s long and juicy to close, and quite frankly, delicious to drink. Excellent.
