Northern NSW winemaking renegade Jared Dixon is never afraid to push the boundaries, and the man affectionately known as the 'Lone Ranger' was one of the first in Australia to re-explore the concept of cask wines, but with more artisanal and premium wines.
All destemmed, with no oak involved, this is a much lighter version of the normally hefty, tannic Sagrantino red grape, full of strawberries, and raspberries, and very bright-fruited.
3L of sustainably-packed fun here that will keep beautifully in the fridge over several weeks at least, and terrific value!
