2023 L'Anglore Nizon

Nizon is such an amazing wine from Eric Pfifferling, perhaps the most unicorn out of his wide range of unicorn wines.

Is it a light-red, a dark rose? Who really cares, all you need to know is that this wine is as delicious as it is rare and singular. So much perfume, hints of red cherry, herbs, delicate light crackle of pepper, all framed with slate and flint-like minerality.

It’s such a striking wine, delicate yet so precise. While the colour may look diffuse, the flavours are intense, vibrant, and insanely enchanting. Try to not drink it all at once.. good luck with that!
