The 2023 release is everything you want from a McLaren Vale Grenache - juicy, soft, and packed with flavour. It’s made with fruit from both old and young vines around Seaview and Willunga, picked ripe and handled gently to keep things bright and fresh.
Fermented in small batches, then matured in older oak and a bit of stainless, it strikes a nice balance between plushness and lift. Loads of red and dark berries, a little spice and chocolate, and those trademark soft tannins that make it so easy to drink.
It’s a generous wine that doesn’t take itself too seriously - big on flavour, not on price.
