Cool, mild weather meant the fruit came in with bright flavour and lovely purity.  30% whole bunches and mostly older French oak keep freshness and spiciness at the forefront.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the note there's red and blue fruits, a bit of pepper, and some gentle herbal lift from the whole bunch work.
