Sebastien is a slow-moving vigneron. Everything is harvested by hand, followed by slow settling, very gentle extraction and extremely long natural fermentation. His wines don't go through malo, which is the norm in Vouvray.

Arpent is a lieu-dit vineyard, a French word for a piece of land approximately the size of an acre.

Within the wine you'll lemon zest and crunchy golden delicous apple flavours flood the senses, with crisp minerality backing the crackling acid line.
