2024 Anne & Jean-Francois Ganevat Jen Veux Encore

The name says it all. J'en Veux Encore translates as "I Want More," and that's precisely the intention: a wine from one of France's most serious producers that simply makes you reach for another glass.

It's a blend of Gamay and old red Jura varieties, made by cool semi-carbonic maceration in truncated vats, no filtration, no added sulfur. The same biodynamic care as everything else from the domaine, but channelled into something built for immediate pleasure rather than the cellar.

Raspberry, sour cherry, fine spices. Supple and juicy, with a brightness and ease that belies the craft behind it. At 12% it barely weighs anything.

Serve it slightly chilled and don't overthink it.
