Under the guidance of acclaimed winemaker Paul Hotker, the Chardonnay grapes are handpicked, chilled, and whole-bunch pressed at dusk in Bleasdale’s historic cellars.

The wine is aged on lees for several months, with 25% matured in new oak barrels. On the nose, you’ll find bright aromas of citrus and stone fruits, complemented by subtle biscuity notes. The palate is well-balanced, with the fruit's natural vibrancy gently supported by lovely creamy oak.
