Rain was scarce, wind kept the vines in check, and while crops were a touch higher than usual, the fruit came in clean and full of flavour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePicked late, whole-bunch pressed and fermented warm on full solids with indigenous yeast, the ferment stopped naturally with about 28 g\/L of residual sugar.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s off-dry but tight, showing citrus, pear and gentle honey notes with a clean, mineral finish.
