2024 Gunderloch Fritz's Riesling

Fritz’s is Gunderloch’s way of showing Riesling at its most easy-going. The fruit comes from vineyards along the Rhine in Rheinhessen, where the slopes get plenty of sunshine but still hold onto freshness. It’s a mix of estate-grown grapes and a few trusted growers the family has worked with for years.

The 2024 was made entirely in stainless steel, fermented cool and bottled early to keep all the crunchy acidity and bright fruit locked in. There’s nothing heavy here – just pure, juicy Riesling with that little flicker of sweetness to balance the zip.

It’s the kind of wine you can pour without thinking too much about it – chilled for a sunny afternoon, or alongside a spicy dish where the sweetness smooths the heat. Top value.
