Maturation took place in huge 5000L seasoned barrels, and the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis year it's all blue fruits, black pepper, and a wisp of reduction, all wrapped in silky, talcy tannins and a savoury, mineral finish.
