It gets a week of whole-bunch carbonic fermentation in concrete before being tucked away in a mix of fibreglass and large old wood. That short maceration gives the wine a lovely, hazy gold colour and a bit of a floral lift without it ever becoming too perfumed or \"soapy\" like some Muscat-based blends can.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s incredibly fresh, driven by that high-altitude acidity and a clear, mineral finish from the limestone soils. You get plenty of bright citrus and a touch of spice, but the vibe remains loose and easy-drinking.
