2024 Printhie Topography Pinot Gris

Orange is quietly making some of the best Pinot Gris in the country, and Printhie have it pretty well nailed. Their Topography range is about showing off the region’s cool-climate strengths, and Gris is right at home here. The high elevation keeps everything bright and fresh, while still giving the wine a bit of weight and texture.

The 2024 vintage rolled along steadily and that shows in the glass – plenty of clean orchard fruit, a little savoury edge, and a nice, easy flow across the palate. It’s not trying to be flashy, just a well-balanced, versatile white that’s great with food or on its own.

If you’re after a Gris with a bit of personality but still crisp and refreshing, this one’s hard to beat.
