This is a blend of skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc and a splash of early-picked Cabernet Sauvignon, co-fermented with some whole bunch for good measure. It’s made without additions (except a touch of sulphur at bottling) and is about as hands-off as it gets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit is grown on organically farmed vineyards around Margaret River and handled with care from vine to bottle. There’s no makeup here - just the vineyard, the season, and the winemakers’ instincts on full show. Expect a wine that’s crisp, textural, and super refreshing. Rosé technically, but it drinks somewhere between a chilled red and a savoury white.
