The Roussanne was pressed straight to old barrels to keep its perfume and balance things out. It all came together in old oak for 10 months, and was bottled as is – no fining, no filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"1020\" class=\"\"\u003eIt’s got a soft golden glow and opens with gentle florals, dried herbs, stone fruit and spice.
