2025 De Iuliis Chardonnay

No one’s quite sure how he pulls it off, but Mike De Iuliis keeps turning out some of the Hunter’s best-value wines, vintage after vintage. His Chardonnay has become a bit of a local favourite – always bright, balanced and genuinely satisfying to drink.

The fruit is all hand-picked and handled gently in the winery, with just enough oak to add shape without drowning out that fresh stone fruit and citrus core. It’s got a lovely, easy flow to it – creamy in texture but still crisp and lively through the finish.

This is Hunter Chardonnay made for pure enjoyment – no pretence, no overthinking. Just a beautifully made, modern Aussie white that punches well above its weight.
