2025 Deep Woods Estate Chardonnay

Deep Woods has built a strong reputation for Margaret River Chardonnay that’s as polished as it is affordable, and this entry-level 'Estate' release shows why.

It’s sourced from select sites across the region, with the majority being the prized Gin Gin clone - known for its small berries, intense flavour, and natural acid.  The fruit was whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented in French oak, with a portion new, then left on lees to build texture and complexity.

The style is very much 'modern' Margaret River - citrus and white stone fruit at its core, gentle oak spice in support, and a clean acid line holding it all together.  Great value as always!
