Ghost Rock are impressing with their energetic range of Northern Tasmanian wines, and this is another creative and delicious conception. It's a co-fermented blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling, all wild fermented, all on skins, all old oak, and no additions whatsoever.

It leaps out of the glass with all sorts of pink and red fruits, with zippy acidity and just enough texture and chew to keep things in check. Such a fun wine to enjoy with your mates over a charcuterie board.
