Here he ventures to a vineyard in the Adelaide Hills in search of Pinot Meunier. With a small parcel secured, Uffe ferments it as whole clusters with just a short time on skins before pressing.

This winemaking approach brings a subtle great spice and lift to the wine, keeping it red fruited, nervy and fresh.

It's a spicy, light-bodied little pocket rocket which is primed for a quick chill and laid back drinking.
