2026 Murdoch Hill Sauvignon Blanc

This is classic Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc done the Murdoch Hill way – bright, crisp and seriously refreshing, but with a bit more texture and interest than most.

The fruit comes from their higher sites around Oakbank, where cool nights help keep everything tight and zippy. Fermentation was mostly in stainless steel with a small bit in old oak, just to round the edges and give it some shape.

The result is lively and fresh but with an easy texture – plenty of citrus and passionfruit up front, with a touch of green herbs and that nice stony kick through the finish.

Cool, clean and made for a warm afternoon or a plate of prawns.
