NV Bailly Lapierre Cremant de Bourgogne Chardonnay

Very much a ‘Northern’ Burgundian style here, think Chablis with bubbles and you’ll be on the right track.

100% Chardonnay with a mineral edge. It screams of elegance and finesse, nothing boisterous. There is the green apple crispness, and bright citrus acidity, yet with just the right amount of dosage to soften and round out the palate.

This is such a fantastic example of Cremant de Bourgogne, sophisticated wine for the sophisticated drinker.
