NV Ca' Del Bosco Franciacorta Extra Brut Cuvee Prestige

With over three decades of experience making sparkling wines, the next evolution for Ca’ del Bosco happened in 2007 with the first release of the Extra Brut Cuvee Prestige.

Utilising the best Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes from their top vineyards, each parcel is vinified separately, before being blended with at least 20% reserve wine for each release.

Full of juicy stone and orchard fruit, lovely baked pastry, and a creamy nutty character, this is a well-balanced and elegant sparkling wine from the ‘Champagne’ of Italy; Franciacorta.
