Daring Dario Princic does it again with a tremendous skin contact white blend made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio.

This entry-level, crowd-pleasing Princic, as the grapes are macerated for just a few days, then aged in old chestnut and oak barrels. Saline and slightly bitter on the finish, the heart of this wine is bouncy tropical fruits and wild herbs aromatics and a drive of acidity that keeps on going.
