NV Delamere Sparkling Rose

The NV Delamere Sparkling Rosé is an excellent value pink fizz from the cool, Delamere vineyard in Pipers Brook in Tasmania. Made from 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, this rosé is handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, and aged for 18 months on lees. The base 2022 vintage is layered with reserve wines from previous years, adding complexity to its lively fruit profile.

Delamere’s sparkling wines reflect the steady, cool climate of Pipers Brook, where the Bass Strait’s influence helps the fruit ripen slowly, preserving natural acidity and intense flavour. This unique climate gives Delamere an edge in producing sparkling wines that are all about freshness and finesse.

Since 2008, owners Fran and Shane have poured their passion into Delamere, one of Tasmania’s rare single-vineyard sparkling houses. Their commitment to capturing this special terroir makes Delamere one of the rising stars on Australia’s sparkling wine scene.
