NV Dr. Edge Extra Brut Rose

Peter Dredge’s background as the former sparkling winemaker at Bay of Fires means he doesn't miss when it comes to fizz. Drawing on that technical pedigree and his passion for the dry, savoury styles of Grower Champagne, this Rosé is a sharp, sophisticated addition to the Dr. Edge lineup.

Sourced from the Tamar Valley, this is a Traditional Method blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier - varieties chosen for their ability to deliver red fruit character without sacrificing tension. Built largely on a 2023 base vintage, the wine spent two years on tirage (maturing in bottle) before being disgorged in October 2025.

While it carries the "Extra Brut" label - guaranteeing a bone-dry finish - the Pinot dominance gives it a lovely sense of breadth and fruit weight. It is vibrant and racy, with the two years on lees adding just enough texture to keep things interesting. A serious sparkling Rosé that refuses to be sweet or simple.
