NV Fumey Chatelain Cremant du Jura Rose Brut

We don't see too many in Australia but a quarter of all Jura wines are sparkling and 10% of those are rose, labelled as Cremant de Jura, one of the eight Cremant sparkling appellations in France.

This sprightly sparkling rose is 100% Pinot Noir and is aged on lees for a year. It's got some high-tone mountain-fresh chalkiness, juicy red berry concentration and a hint of funky tension.
