Made méthode traditionnelle from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in their home vineyards just outside Auckland, it’s a low-pressure, quietly classy fizz that feels utterly effortless in the glass.

This isn’t trying to be Champagne, and that’s part of its charm. It’s fresh and gently savoury, with just enough leesy complexity to keep it interesting.
