The NV Swift Cuvée Brut is a traditional method sparkling crafted from the highest vineyards in New South Wales, on the volcanic slopes of Mount Canobolas (Gaahna Bulla) in the Orange Wine Region. The Swift family saw the region's potential in 2009, betting big on its cool climate and rich volcanic soils to produce sparkling wines with exceptional finesse. A decade and a bit later, they’re making some of the most highly regarded sparkling wines in the country.

Winemaker Drew Tuckwell’s dedication shines here, with each bottle spending up to 96 months on lees to build that irresistible depth and richness. This is classic méthode traditionnelle at its finest, with a chardonnay-dominant blend balanced by pinot noir and a touch of reserve wines, giving complexity without overwhelming the bright citrus, baked brioche, and delicate mineral notes.
