Trebianco is an energising orange wine from Tuscany, made from four different white varieties across a range of plots on the 100 ha biodynamic Rampolla estate.
The grapes are macerated on skins in terracotta amphora for 10 days, and then aged for a further 12 months in the same vessel. Bottled with no added sulphur.
Stonefruits galore, with some honeyed notes and a crunchy, skinsy finish.
