2020 Frederick Stevenson Morbinos

Here's an exciting rare bird from Steve Crawford, aka Frederick Stevenson - his debut release of 'Morbinos'.

Picked during the lockdowns at the Parish Hill vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, it's a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Malvasia Bianca, and Vermentino. With 4-5 days on skins and 9 months in older oak, it's uber-textural and bursting with flavor.

In the glass, prepare to be wowed. Passionfruit, green mango, exotic spices, buttery dough, lemon curd, nougat, and citrus oil dance on the palate. It's a sensory adventure from start to finish.
