2020 Quealy Lina Lool

The Quealy winemaking team is never affraid to experiment. Here's one example of their unique talents - a one of a kind wine from a one of a kind Mornington operation.

This is a highly unusual blend of the rarely seen Italian variety Malvasia, partnered with Moscato, Riesling and Friulano.

The grapes were left in amphora in contact with their skins for six months before being separated. The clean juice was then returned to amphora to settle and mature.

The finished wine is a riot of florals and strange exotic aromatics. It's a top of the tree skin contact wine for Mornington Peninsula and absolutely worth a look if you're wanting a walk on the wild side.
