2022 Das Juice Prosecco Pet Nat

Das Juice is a partnership between long time friends and business partners, Tom Sheer and James Audas.

The two run LO-FI Imports, a wine importing company that sources rare and unique natural wines from across the globe.

Recognising that there is a need for more affordable wines made with that same ethos (i.e. sustainably farmed and made with minimal intervention), the boys set up Das Juice to fill the gap.

Their Prosecco is made as a Pet Nat from the traditional grape, Glera. It's a fine, natural sparkling - crisp, clean and showing loads of juicy vibrant fruit.

A spot-on example of the Pet Nat style, awesome value, and ripping fun to drink.
