2022 Domaine de la Cras Bourgogne Blanc

Sourced from high-altitude limestone vineyards just outside Dijon, this is Chardonnay that feels precise, mineral and properly dialled in.

Fermented with wild yeast and raised in mostly used oak, the 2022 has texture, but nothing heavy. It’s taut and citrus-driven, with a little matchstick reduction and just enough weight through the mid-palate to keep it from feeling lean. The acidity is clean and persistent, pulling everything into a long, stony finish.
