2022 Eastern Peake Western Victoria Chardonnay

Faced with a fruit shortage in the 2021 vintage, Owen Latta and the Eastern Peake crew created a Western Victorian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir range, using both their own and sourced fruit from across five different regions.

The results are tremendous - value in a premium context, with this tense, flinty Chardonnay beaming brightly.

The barrel ferment and full malo hardly make a dent in the nervy, linear palate that reveals citrus and peach fruits and a true savouriness - a real Eastern Peake signature.
